What causes high blood pressure?
At first, speaking from his heart.
Your heart is an organ that is all muscle. This is a bomb. In very simple terms of his job is to receive the blood that enters the body is low and pump oxygen into the lungs.
During its passage through the lungs, the blood gets rid of carbon dioxide and oxygen peaks. Then the blood reaches the heart and the heart pumps oxygen-rich blood to the body.
Blood circulates through the arteries of the heart to various parts of the body and the veins on the way back to the heart.
The heart pumps blood through the rhythmic contraction of the four chambers of the heart. There are strong contractions the bottom two chambers (called ventricles) which pump blood out of heart and various body parts.
There are a lot of pressure created by the contraction of the ventricles. and it is this pressure that pushes blood into the kilometers arteries in the body.
The pressure, the force to push blood against the walls of the arteries, referred to when speaking of the blood “Pressure.”
What is meant by figures?
You’ve probably heard the sound of a beating heart for a while. It seems that: lub-DUB, lub-DUB, lub-DUB, lub-DUB.
The “boom” is the sound beating of the atria and pump blood to the larger, more powerful cameras, the ventricles. The “DUB” is the sound the beating of the ventricles and pump blood out of the heart (see illustration above).
When the ventricles contract potent (the “DUB”) is the peak of pressure called “systolic pressure.”
Among a “lub-DUB” and next “lub-DUB is a time when the heart does not beat all, it’s time to lower blood pressure is called diastolic.
When doctors or nurses measure your blood pressure, usually given two numbers, the “systolic” over “diastolic” or more in low measures.
These numbers in several categories:
What controls blood pressure?
Blood pressure is controlled by small muscles that line the blood vessels.
These muscles allow the arteries function as flexible rubber tubes, which increase with every beat of your heart.
When these muscles throughout the [arteries and veins that carry blood] extend the vascular system, blood pressure decline.
When these muscles throughout the vascular system tighten, blood pressure increases.
When these muscles tighten, the arteries narrow, more rigid, less flexible, and the heart must beat faster to circulate the blood through these narrow tubes.
If the muscles lining the arteries are stretched all the time, blood pressure remains high. This is called hypertension!
continuous pressure increases pressure stress, wear your heart and arteries, which eventually can lead to heart attacks and strokes.
What causes pressure Pressure?
What makes the muscles of blood vessels in his time all the time? What things can actually drive your blood pressure up blood?
* Poor nutrition
* Nutritional deficiencies
* Excess weight
* Alcohol and caffeine in excess
* Stress emotional and physical
* Being diabetic
Each of these can result in loss of vital minerals in the body. These minerals are essential for controlling the natural blood pressure and effective.
“The Magnesium is essential for cells to maintain a proper balance of other minerals such as potassium, sodium and calcium. ”
“When cells are deficient in magnesium, this balance is broken, and the cells lose potassium and calcium are flooded with and sodium. ”
“In the smooth muscle cells of blood vessels, paving the way for the constriction and elevation of blood pressure.”

Not having enough magnesium is one of the main causes of high blood pressure.
“Half of us in the United States are deficient in magnesium.”
“Our soils are depleted magnesium, which eliminates the possibility to receive the fruits of natural magnesium, vegetables and water. ”

Medications hypertension
Today, most people with high blood pressure are just treat symptoms and not go to the root of the problem.
In addition, antihypertensive drugs, given the many people with hypertension are adding to the problem instead of going to the root of the problem.
All anti-hypertensive drugs are synthetic chemicals. These foreign substances in your body.
They try to deal directly with arterial pressure (Which is a symptom) rather than what is the origin of blood pressure.
Some of these drugs do this, reduce your heart rate, others by interfering with nerve impulses to your arteries, and others for the removal of water from your body, or block biochemical reactions, and the prevention of calcium between cells that form the walls of the arteries.
All pressure medication pressure side effects. Some of these side effects are so strong that negatively affect their quality of life.
Often two or three of these drugs are prescribed for use at the same time, creating more effects side due to chemical interactions between drugs.
